These terms cover Hodge-3.5, the assistant on Encryptid EdgeAI. Encryptid Systems, Frederick County, Maryland, operates the site. Hodge-3.5 starts only after you accept. If you deny, you cannot proceed.
Browser agent
Hodge-3.5 is a browser agent. If you accept, it makes requests on your behalf from this browser. Those requests look things up, including DuckDuckGo, duck.ai, Gemini, and Wikipedia. If you deny, Hodge-3.5 does not start and makes no requests for you.
The service
Hodge-3.5 runs on your device. We send the page, the program, and the files Hodge-3.5 needs so it can run there. The messages you type to Hodge-3.5 stay on your device. We do not receive them.
The server does see the ordinary request for the page and those files. That includes your IP address and the time of the request.
Your use
Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, and do not interfere with anyone else's use of it. You are responsible for what you do with Hodge-3.5's answers.
